All entries must be insured
against third party risks and fully licensed and tested in accordance
with the regulations applicable to that type of vehicle for road use.
The organisers reserve the right to ask for proof of these items.
Entries must not be run on trade plates. |

Owners must ensure that all
drivers are qualified in law to handle the class of vehicle exhibited. |
| 3. |
No exhibit shall be left
running unattended. All unattended vehicles shall be left securely
braked and/or chocked. |
| 4. |
A speed limit of 10 mph
shall apply to all vehicles, including modern vehicles, in all rally
areas off the highway. |
| 5. |
All entrants must pay full
regard to marshals' instructions and conduct themselves in a manner
which does not inconvenience other road users or other persons at any
time. |
